Heavy rains cause flooding, massive jams in Klang Valley

Heavy rains Monday afternoon caused some flooding and massive traffic congestion on most major roads around the Kuala Lumpur area from 4pm. According to twitter updates from RapidKL there was also a service disruption at the Kelana Jaya line. Water levels remained at a safe level in the Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) and it is reported that traffic was still allowed to use it at 5.30pm.
